Well, I'm not quite sure what happened with the old weblog. I was using Wordpress, which, at the time, I thought was pretty darn cool... until it just stopped working.

Life has been so hectic these days that it took about a month to get around to trying to fix it, and after about an hour this morning, I have decided to give up and just go with a well-established tool here at Google's Blogger.com.

It doesn't carry the "I'm cool... I have my own blog site" factor... but let's face it everyone, I'm not cool, and that doesn't bother me.

I would, however, really appreciate it if anyone knows how to export about 5 months of musings out of my wordpress stuff so I can put it up here. I feel so un-cool with archives. Cool people have archives.

Wait... D'oh! I just said I don't care about being cool....

Well, I'll try and make use of this when I can now.

My first big piece of news to announce is that I'm stinkin' engaged! (to the most wonderful woman in the world -- gotta add that every time I say I'm engaged... to the most wonderful woman in he world)

OK. Well, I'm office to my office. Some people call it Chic-fil-a, but it's really my office. I just like having folks around while I study :0)
